Going to try and save the Transom.

 Have made up 7 internal frames, just have to add thickeners for support and fixing.

 All straight , untwisted and level.

 Getting ready for the new keel and keelson.

 Most planks, battens and ribs will need replacing .

 A few nice holes, no wonder she sank!

 Sagging on the STBD side is adding an additional challenge.

 New transom knees required.
